Anaerobic fermentation for biogas production refers to the process in which substrates (activated sludge/kitchen waste/organic wastewater/livestock manure/agricultural straw) are decomposed into biodegradable organic matter such as carbon dioxide, methane, and water by facultative and anaerobic bacteria under anaerobic conditions, stabilizing the substrates. It is one of the commonly used methods for reducing and stabilizing substrates.

2.8 Speed Control System
Imported servo motors and drivers, with a speed range of 50-1000rpm ± 1% and stepless variable frequency speed regulation. Fermentation specific sealing ensures no gas leakage during long-term fermentation and guarantees experimental safety. The unique detachable mixing method has a uniform mixing effect on kitchen sludge, straw manure with low to medium high solid content.
